What have I been up to in August?

I just realized that August is almost half over and I decided to look at my stitching accomplishments. I have not accomplished as much as I would have liked. I started a Jeanette Douglas design called " Take Time to Stitch".

I also spent some time working on TW's Story Teller and  have made some progress on the border and the upper right area of the design. I will have to work on the orientation of my pictures  so that they load properly here. (I figured it out and reloaded the pictures) .

  1. Nice progress, Sylvia! You might need to open the photo and do a "save as" to reset the orientation. If you don't have any/good photo software, I really like Picasa for most things, and it's free. There are a few things I have to pull out the "big guns" for, but 95% of my photos are edited in Picasa. You don't have to upload to the Picasa website to use it. In fact, I never do! I export them in a size I like and upload them to my own site. (no affiliation, just a happy user) Hope things are going well for you and yours! Can't believe it's been so many years since I saw you in Toronto.
